TESTIMONIALS
-------------------------------
"December Foster is the Mary Poppins of the kitty-cat world. She never tires of exploring the personalities and idiosyncracies of each kitten and cat in her care. She appreciates and notices the subtle differences in the day-to-day living with our feline friends. Her devotion to quality care is admirable and I would never hesitate to recommend her to look after any animal."

To Whom It May Concern,
December Foster has been working for the North Douglas Veterinary Clinic since early 2004. In that time her dedication to the well being of animals has been extremely obvious. She has been a great asset to our Rescue Program, Dee's Orphan Kitten Fund. December has been responsible for raising many very young kittens, which includes getting up through the night to bottle feed them. This is a great responsibility, and I have only a few chosen people that I would trust with the lives of small kittens that young. December also socialized feral kittens to be some of the most affectionate cats to come out of our program. She was one of my strongest foster homes, and always was willing to help out. December also helped raise items for a silent auction, and was in charge of creating and making Dee's Orphan Kitten Fund business cards.
Working with December is stress free. She is very reliable, friendly, and learned the job very quickly. She is very good at multi tasking and dealing with emergency situations. Her passion for animals is strong, and it comes through in her job performance.
Overall, I would trust my own animals' lives with December. She is a very loving and caring pet owner, and would give everything she had to care for her pets. I feel such a great loss with December leaving us, and can only hope that she extends her work with animals so that homeless, abandoned and needy animals are touched by her kindness.
Sincerely,
Kerri Maggiacomo

To Whom It May Concern,
I confirm that December Foster has been employed as my home support care worker from October 2004 through March 2007.
Her job of home support care worker carries the following responsibilities: personal care, lifts and transfers, meal preparation, transportation and providing companionship. December is skilled in organization, communication, being meticulous, remaining calm during a crisis and is also very empathetic. When a situation arises that requires some adaptation, she assesses the situation and provides creative alternatives. December is a very easy person to get along with and maintains a great sense of humor, but is serious when the occasion calls for it. She is the most motivated support worker I have had, to date, both encouraging me to participate in day-to-day activities and being open to new experiences, despite my limitations. While being employed in this position, there is a certain level of responsibility associated with ensuring I am in a safe environment; while December takes this into consideration, she enables me to make the decisions needed, allowing me independence and a sense of value.
I would happily re-employ December as I consider her to be a valuable member of the team, who has consistently achieved good results and has contributed qualities to the job that have surpassed my expectations.
Sincerely,
Nicole Jeannotte
